Ryan Douglas joined Pacific Crest Savings Bank in 2023, bringing more than 16 years of experience in finance, risk management and public service. As senior vice president and risk officer, he oversees all areas of risk management at Pacific Crest and heads the bank’s programs to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws and regulations. Ryan began his career as a revenue agent with the Washington State Department of Revenue before discovering a passion for community banking during his six years as a state bank regulator. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys listening to various genres of music, exploring new places and cultures and spending time with his husband and their cat, S’mores.
